Quality content creation has never been easy… Until now.
What We Do

How It Works
Brainstorm
The key to your freedom
Let’s get one thing straight – you’re the expert when it comes to your business, your customers, your products and ultimately the information you want to put out into the world. That’s why the first step to developing unique content for your business is a brainstorming session.
This allows us to talk about what’s important to you, obtain an understanding of your business and develop a list of article titles, sub-titles, keywords or keyword phrases that we can then use to develop unique blog posts for you.
Have a list already or know the topics you’re trying to generate traffic for? Send them over and we’ll review.

Proof
Checked, and re-checked
One of the most important aspects of unique blog post development is the proofing stage. Just like any great book has an editor, when we develop your content we ensure the utmost attention is given to the quality of the article that has been developed.
As our chief content creator and editor Ewan has more than a 15 years’ experience developing and editing high quality written content ranging from post-graduate research through to multi-million dollar government tenders.
Checks for succinctness, clarity of language, search engine optimisation, spelling and grammar all form part of the proofing phase along with ensuring the article is relevant and on topic.

Schedule
Right content, right time
Developing high quality blog posts that are customised for your business is a time consuming task. To ensure we can be as efficient as possible, we work on a single client’s unique blog posts at a time. Depending on the volume of content being created we typically schedule a month’s worth of articles before moving on to other clients.
This could mean a scheduled article a couple of times a week, right through to every day. Scheduling this way also allows time for you to jump in and have a look at the content before it goes live. Want to make changes? Feel free to – you’re the expert. Want us to make some modifications? Let us know and we can have a look for you.
As part of the scheduling process we ensure each unique blog post has an appropriate category, tags and excerpt written to optimise your content for search engines.
Analyse
Good, bad and what next
As part of any digital marketing strategy it is important to know the types of people you’re trying to drive to your website. There isn’t much point in developing unique blog posts for your business if you don’t analyse how the articles are performing and look for things to target or improve upon.
At the end of each month we take a deep dive into the analytics to understand what topics are driving people to your website and what content is resonating with them. As part of this process we look for trends that can be easily capitalised on, while examining keywords and phrases, and developing ideas for additional content that we present to you for approval.
This is also the perfect opportunity for you to define additional specific topics you may have come up with over the previous month, that may not have been front of mind during the brainstorming session.

Report
Return on your investment
Once we’ve conducted our analysis of your unique blog post performance we will call for a chat. We like this to be a two-way conversation and while we’re happy for feedback at any time it gives you a specific time to provide it prior to the next round of content creation.
After our call and depending on your subscription level we will provide a few takeaways in an email (Launch plan), a high-level report (Elevate plan) or a detailed report (Pinnacle plan). While the aim of these reports are to show you overall content performance with varying levels of detail, it also allows you to track keyword and keyword phrase performance over time and ensure that the unique blog post content is aligned with your overarching marketing strategy.
If you’re looking for a business consultant that specialises in developing sales and marketing strategies or are looking for individualised business coaching to learn how to develop and manage your own sales and marketing strategies we’ve got you covered there too.
